Terms of Service

Aggario helps you describe what you want to buy, watches sources you connect or import from, estimates a fair-value range, scores listings, and drafts offer messages for your review. Aggario is a decision-support tool. It does not complete purchases for you and does not send messages to sellers on your behalf.

• You must comply with the terms of any marketplace you use, including its rules on automation and data.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of listings and text you import, and for any message you send.
• You must not use Aggario to scrape, circumvent access controls, or automate activity a marketplace prohibits.
• You are responsible for evaluating sellers, meeting safely, and completing any transaction.

Fair-value ranges, deal and match scores, and your hard maximum price are computed in code. Aggario will not draft an offer above the hard maximum you set. Estimates are informational only and are not appraisals or guarantees of resale value.

Aggario is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay, OfferUp, Meta or Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Craigslist, or any other marketplace. All marketplace names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe supported or planned data sources. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Availability of any integration depends on the relevant marketplace's APIs, terms and permissions and may change or be withdrawn.

Features may change, break or be removed during beta. We may suspend or discontinue the service, and we may modify these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Aggario is provided without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, bad purchases, or losses arising from transactions you enter into with a seller.

You may stop using Aggario at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or a marketplace's rules.
